I offer individual and couples counseling through Virginia Family Therapy in Charlottesville, VA. Therapy is available in person or via telemedicine. With telemedicine I am able to serve any resident in Virginia. I serve adolescents through older adults.
My focuses and specialities are:
- Grief and Loss
- Adjustment to chronic or life limiting illness
- Anxiety concerns including OCD
- Depression
- Relationship and Communication Concerns
- I have 8 years experience as a Medical Social Worker and I am happy to consult regarding concerns with loved ones navigating health systems.
I charge $185 a 60 minute session for in person or teletherapy visits (I do have limited sliding scale, and will be offering a brief therapy model in the near future). I do not currently take insurance, but I am able to provide the needed information to submit for out-of-network claims. Your reimbursement will depend on your insurance provider.
